About
In Private Practice, Riadhna offers general, integrative therapeutic support for anyone experiencing issues affecting their quality of life (in 1:1, family and group settings) using Reality Therapy (RT) and Person Centred Counselling (PCC) as her primary therapeutic models. Riadhna supports clients with varying issues and needs.
She also facilitates Therapeutic Workshops and Personal Development Programmes covering Emotional Management, Relationships, Communication, Life and Coping Skills. Riadhna specialises in Problematic Substance Use/ Addiction and related issues with adults, adolescents and their families. Riadhna is also a Lecturer in Psychotherapy in IICP.
