Hello, I am a qualified Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Trainer. I have more than 15 years experience working with adults and adolescents. Having come from a corporate background I am fully aware of the challenges we can face trying to balance our work/life. Life can throw many different challenges our way, but having someone to talk to about it, and help us navigate our way through it, can make all the difference. I believe we are all fully resourced to deal with any situation life can throw at us, and seeking support at the right time can make it so much easier.
I am constantly upskilling and enjoy learning. I have a Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching, a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Specialized Training to work with ASD clients. I have recently completed my Level 1, 2 and 3 EMDR training and am now certified to practice.
I have been on quite a personal journey myself, making a big career move and going back to college in my late 30's, caring for a parent diagnosed with alzheimer's disease, and working with Pieta House for 8 years, all of these life experiences have helped me to build empathy, greater understanding and awareness.
