Hi, my name is Rebecca, and I am a fully qualified, pre-accredited psychotherapist. I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck—whether due to depression, trauma, addiction, chronic stress, or the weight of complex relationships. Many of the people I support are navigating family estrangement, no-contact or low-contact dynamics, and the grief, confusion, and emotional pain that can accompany those decisions. Together, we create space to process these experiences, helping you find clarity, steadiness, and relief.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community, and offer a confidential space where you are met with respect and understanding. My therapeutic approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing on a range of methods—including Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Somatic practices, and mindfulness—to tailor each session.
I believe therapy is a space where you can begin to reconnect with yourself, make sense of what's weighing you down, and move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
