In our work together, there’s no expectation to mask or explain yourself. I aim to offer a space where you can be fully yourself — curious, messy, uncertain, and real. Therapy can be a place to explore what feels heavy, to unlearn self-criticism, and to find ways of living that honour your unique wiring and identity
I offer affirming, collaborative therapy for adults and teens navigating neurodiversity, gender, sexuality, or relationship diversity, as well as those feeling stuck or overwhelmed. My integrative, person-centred approach combines reflection and practical strategies to support real, lasting change.
