It is my belief that the relationship between the client and the therapist is the basis by which therapy begins. I offer a non-judgemental, open, and friendly practice. The key aim is always to allow clients the space and time to build a strong relationship where empathy and understanding are at the core.
Working with my clients, we explore all aspects of the issues that are presenting. I offer techniques to help with the day-to-day coping in certain presentations but mostly offer the safe space to work through life's challenges. My background involves working with young people with autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
I am an advocate of nature and the healing properties this can bring. My own mindfulness is found in the hills of Ireland. It is through understanding my clients wants and hopes in life that we can reach their therapy goals. I understand the challenges life can bring and offer a space where you will be listened to with an empathic understanding.
