I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, offering both in-person and online sessions through my private practice in the heart of Dublin city centre. My approach is person-centred, and I draw on a range of specialised techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.
I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, supporting them through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, bereavement, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma, and ADHD.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and am pre-accredited with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). My integrative approach blends various therapeutic modalities and theories, allowing for a flexible and holistic response to each client’s needs.
I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore any difficulties they may be facing. This can take the form of open-ended therapy or more structured short-term work (up to 12 sessions), depending on your goals.
