My practice is aimed at adults who have been shaped by trauma, chronic stress or life-changing events and want a safe, collaborative space to understand their story, calm their nervous system, and rebuild a life that feels more like their own.
I’m an integrated psychotherapist & psychologist , which means I’m highly trained to a master’s level, in many modalities. I tailor my approach to every client’s individual needs.
I work mostly with clients who have difficulty with attachment, addiction, relationships ,childhood trauma, (C)PTSD, BPD, BD, Fibromyalgia, CF.
Trauma‑informed, pluralistic psychotherapy for adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or changed by difficult life experiences, chronic stress, or diagnosis and want a safe space to understand what happened and move forward more freely. I help people see they are not “broken”.
