I think anyone who wants to truly know themselves better and has chosen to engage with therapy is my ideal client. Whatever issues has brought them in, whether it’s to address past trauma, heal from grief or try to understand what’s behind patters of behavior, they will have some level of curiosity about themselves, and a willingness to share their inner lives - all in service of a healthy relationship with themselves and a contented life.

My approach to psychotherapy is humanistic, very client-led, and integrates a number of modalities and techniques that I feel will best serve each unique client. More than anything, I listen. I connect dots between feelings, behaviors and experiences that hopefully allow a broad picture to emerge - where changes in perception and action can be made.

I am eager to take on clients from different cultures, background and all walks of life. Life is like the sea, and sometimes have a guiding light can smooth the journey.
