My practice is rooted in Mindfulness and Body-Oriented work. Rather than just "talking about" problems, we explore how they live in your nervous system. I offer Walk and Talk therapy and Nature-Based sessions across Co. Kerry, using the rhythm of movement and the outdoors to help shift perspectives and release tension naturally.
Whether we meet in a traditional room or on a local trail, my goal is to help you feel more at home in yourself. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and the most important factor is that you feel seen and supported.
