“Hello and welcome”. Life can be challenging, and often we can feel disconnected and alone, without even knowing why. I offer a safe, confidential space to explore these complex feelings, and the resulting fears, panic, anxiety/stress that prevent you from enjoying your life to its fullest. Together, and at a pace that works for you, we will identify your goals for therapy, using an integrative holistic approach, and work toward a supportive, empowering resolve of your difficulties, in your personal or professional life. This relational approach fosters healing and growth, and builds skills for a healthier way of living.
I am a qualified accredited counsellor and psychotherapist working from a humanistic, integrative, relational approach, suited to the needs of my clients. I have trained in several modalities including Person Centred, Gestalt and Existential. My work is trauma informed and client led, and I uphold the Person Centred belief “my client is the expert”.
I am understanding, caring, empathetic, respectful and non-judgemental and I welcome all parts of my client into our work together. I am observant and intuitively attuned to body language, and these skills help support a co-created, trusting relationship which is congruent and safe.
