Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed and unable to focus? Are you feeling worried or having low energy days too often? Please phone me today for support. I specialize in working with clients struggling with Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Unresolved Childhood Issues and Trauma. When I first meet you, I will ask what has brought you to therapy. With this information we can talk about how we will work on this together. The first session with any new client is to assess if we can work together and if you feel comfortable with continuing the therapeutic process. We also talk about limits of confidentially.

I offer weekly psychotherapy and counselling sessions via zoom or phone. Life can be a struggle when trying to deal with stress, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, grief, relationship issues, unresolved childhood issues, loneliness and long-standing hurt or deeply embedded trauma. I offer free phone consultations by appointment.
My wish is to provide a safe confidential, non-judgmental space in which you can explore your life experiences in-depth, gain new insights, and develop your ability to cope, grow and flourish. Whether you have questions about counselling or psychotherapy, or just want help trying to figure out your next step, I am more than happy to discuss your needs.
