Hello everyone. My name is Paul Tracey. I am a fully qualified and insured Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I hold a BSc (Honours) Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University London. I am also a Pre-Accredited Member of IACP (Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I aim to provide a safe and confidential space for clients to discuss and explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My therapeutic work is integrative, using a combination of Person centered, CBT, and Psychodynamic approaches. I place a huge value of the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client.
