I work with couples and also individuals. Face to face work is possible in Clontarf on Wednesdays. I see clients on Zoom on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. My times on these days include mornings, afternoon and evenings. I offer an initial brief fee free contact - I use our this initial meeting for me to get some sense of what you want to achieve and for you to ask any questions you may have. If we decide to proceed with working together I usually agree a short series of meetings before we review our work together - we may then decide that what has been achieved is sufficient or continue for a further series of sessions.
I draw upon over 35 years experience as a psychologist / psychotherapist and believe in being as transparent about the process of therapy as is possible. I will invite you to discuss with me during our work together what is working well for you and also any element of our process together that is not 'right' for you.
Arranging and attending your first appointment can at times feel quite daunting and anxiety provoking - I aim to make the process as welcoming as possible and attempt to proceed at a pace that suits you. My provision of a brief fee free discussion aims to allow you make a considered decision about engaging with me.
