I have extensive experience working with both individuals and couples on a wide range of issues from relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, depression and loss and grief. I offer counselling to those who are struggling to come to terms with the loss of a relationship and struggling to move forward with their life as a single person. My more senior age experience has facilitated an easy relationship with clients of all ages. This helps me in developing a connection with the client that is built on respect and honesty.
The core philosophy of my practice comes from my training in Gestalt Psychotherapy. It is the integrity, the oneness of mind, spirit and body and importantly our environment. At the core of Gestalt Therapy is the holistic view that people are intricately linked to and influenced by their environments and that all people strive toward growth and balance

- I trained in Gestalt Psychotherapy with IT Carlow and Gestalt Institute of Ireland , Postgraduate Diploma in Arts in Gestalt Psychotherapy, Graduated 2020
- Membership with Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Accredited / 2022
