I am bound and adhere to the ethical boundaries of my accrediting body and my own personal morals and ethics.
I am a person with a lot of personal and professional experience which I bring to my practice enabling me to better understand client challenges, whatever they may be.
My practice integrates a selection of modalities, concepts and theories which are adapted to each client individually.
Person Centered principally, Choice Theory, CBT. ACT, EMDR and EFT are also part of my approach with training in each one. Meditation and mindfulness practices are a core part of my practice. The incorporation of non therapeutic pastimes, if such exist, are encouraged in my connection with clients.
Please understand that it is scary and difficult to reach out, it is courageous to do so. I will meet you with warmth, empathy and understanding, not with judgement or chastisement. My intention is to meet you wherever you are and not where others or society tell you that you should be. I will not merely listen, I will hear you.
