I’m Patrick, I am an integrative psychotherapist. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming; you may be experiencing a crisis or have been struggling for some time. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you will be listened to and feel heard. We will inevitably all face moments of adversity and periods of distress in life. I aim to help you make sense of these challenges and find meaningful ways forward.
We will work collaboratively to help you gain insight, clarity and understanding of what you may be experiencing, nurture your inner strength, resilience, self-awareness, and capacity for change, fostering a greater sense of agency, empowerment, and hope for the future.
