I am a warm, open-hearted therapist with extensive experience in caring and educational roles. I work collaboratively with each client, adapting my approach to suit their individual needs. Every client’s journey is unique, and the goals of therapy differ for each person. My approach is primarily humanistic, integrative therapy drawing from person centred, gestalt and existential therapy.
I have experience supporting clients with a range of concerns, including grief, relationship difficulties, communication challenges, separation, depression, anxiety, spirituality, meaning-making, and navigating moments of personal crisis.
I deeply value the uniqueness of each person. My intention is to create a space where clients feel genuinely accepted, while approaching their inner world with curiosity and care.
