Life can, for all of us, feel heavy, confusing or difficult to carry alone at times. Perhaps you’ve been trying to hold things together while feeling stuck or overwhelmed inside. I offer therapy as a space to make sense of what you’re experiencing and find new ways forward. This is a space to speak openly and safely. I work with individuals, couples and people in diverse relationship structures, with a focus on trauma, LGBTQ+ experiences, relationship difficulties, grief and compulsive sexual behaviour. You don’t need to have the right words before coming. You don’t have to figure this out alone. We begin where you are, at your pace
My work is warm, collaborative and trauma informed. I pay attention to thoughts, emotions, and how experiences are held in the body. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, feel understood and make sense of what is happening. I draw from humanistic and integrative psychotherapy, and incorporate EMDR therapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy when appropriate.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you are unsure where to begin. You are welcome to get in touch by e-mail, phone call, or text for a brief conversation to see if working together feels like a good fit. There is no pressure, just a chance to connect, feel heard, and get a sense of whether this space feels right for you.

If something feels heavy, stuck, or quietly painful, we can begin to explore it together. I work with trauma, anxiety, shame, grief, LGBTQ experiences, relationship struggles, and with out of control or compulsive sexual behaviour - what some have referred to, for instance as sex or porn "addiction." Therapy can be a space to feel seen and gently unpack what's been hard to carry alone.
