I draw primarily from psychodynamic, pluralistic, and existential therapeutic modalities, emphasising depth and freedom. My practice is also influenced by dreamwork, literature, and meditation.
Sessions can be in-person in Phibsborough or online. After an initial meeting a plan for ongoing work can be discussed.
