Hello and welcome to my profile. I am a accredited member of IACP. Which means I follow their code of ethics and standards of working. I achieved a BA in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapist in 2017. I provide hourly sessions and I work with adults face to face or online. I also work with couples and adolescents face-to-face. For online work I use WhatsApp video call or telephone to offer you support from the safety and privacy of your own home. A lot of individuals are feeling very isolated and anxious at present an you can still access Counselling.
I believe it is as important to manage your mental health similar to how you would your physical health. I am committed in supporting you in a respectful , compassionate and confidential environment. I use an integrated approach tailored to meet the presenting issues and needs of my client's. My main modality is Person Centre Approach and C.B.T.
