The overall aim is to work towards living in a more satisfying and resourceful way. Olwen provides a safe and confidential space to explore thoughts, feeling, beliefs and behaviours that affect your life negatively. Through exploration, understanding and talking, a more positive change and/or outlook can occur.
Olwen is qualified and is accredited to work with a wide range of models and approaches eg,Person-centred,CBT,Humanist,Existential, etc. Olwen has experience and training in Psychosexual work. Olwen works broadly with Stress, Relationship issues with loved ones, Hyper/Hypo sexuality, Identity/Orientation, and Compulsions such as sex/love/porn dependencies.
Olwens interest is in the unique human in front of her. She seeks to understand their experiences to enable a reflection on the past but not dwell there, to engage in the here and now and thus create more fulfilling future opportunities. It will be a collaborate process seeking to engage and explore issues resulting in understanding and positive change.
