Olivia is a pre-accredited therapist (NAPCP, APCP), working towards her full accreditation. She has experience with clients presenting with issues including anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, stress, depression, relational difficulties, OCD, ADD, and Bipolar Disorder. She offers an empathetic, safe, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their issues, helping them to heal emotional wounds and find their inner strength, curiosity, and compassion, all in their own time.
Olivia's practice is informed by Person-Centred Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and IFS (Internal Family Systems). She guides clients in the process of discovering the parts of themselves, and how to approach them with compassion and curiosity.
Olivia is well aware that engaging in personal therapy can be very intimidating and daunting. It is for this reason that she aims to create a comfortable, safe space, so that clients can build trust before delving into the emotional journey of healing.
