Based in the city centre of Waterford, I offer Jungian psychoanalysis and psychotherapy for adults online and in person, which means work in depth dealing with the unconscious.

Within the safe and supportive space of my office, we can explore any subject that may be bothering and upsetting the person’s inner peace.
As a Jungian Analyst I will put here one of my favourite quotes from C.G. Jung: "Individuation means becoming an “in-dividual”, and, in so far as “individuality embraces our innermost, last, and incomparable uniqueness, it also implies becoming one’s own self. We could therefore translate individuation as ‘coming to selfhood’ or ‘ self-realisation.”
