My philosophy is to strive to provide a calm and still presence for clients, where they can feel seen and heard in a non-judgmental and empathetic space. I aim to understand the uniqueness of each client and encourage clients to be the director of their own therapeutic process by meeting them where they are. I work with the specific needs of each client, whether that be overcoming a particular issue with short term therapy or using long term therapy to address unresolved past traumas.
With my additional qualifications as a yoga and mindfulness teacher I offer a holistic and engaging approach to help clients work through a range of issues including addiction, anxiety, bereavement, relationship challenges and trauma.
