Sometimes in life we experience overwhelming challenges and times where we feel unseen , unheard or misunderstood . Whatever challenges you may be facing , you do not need to navigate them alone . In relationships , in struggles , in anxiety , depression , grief , loss , trauma , addiction , stress or other life events one of the hardest things to do is to reach out and ask for help . Mental health challenges can arise from a variety of issues . I provide , a safe ,non-judgmental ,confidential ,culturally sensitive space where trust and safety is paramount in identifying challenges and considering what one may want from therapy .
I am trained in many therapeutic methods . As an integrative therapist I holistically amalgamate many modalities always with the client as the center of focus considering what works for each unique individual. My practice is based on a holistically blended integrative approach including developmental , relational and varied theoretical frameworks .
Empathy , authenticity , and non-judgmental acceptance are at the heart of my practice. For almost two decades I have worked in different environments including wellness spaces and different communities and have experience working with neurodiversity , addiction , trauma , PTSD and crisis as well as delving into a deep journey of Psychotherapy .
