I provide a safe, welcoming space where you can begin exploring and gaining greater clarity on why you may be struggling. Through being heard and witnessed, we can open up to aspects of ourselves and our lives that we are normally reluctant to acknowledge, but are the foundations of change.
As a body psychotherapist, I work from the premise that the mind and body are one and that working with the body, and its natural healing ability, often allows deeper change than ‘talking therapy’ alone. My approach is also integrative, meaning I draw on different approaches depending on your needs, including walk and talk therapy in the nearby woods.
I hope to meet you 'where you are at' and that you will come to therapy just as you are. In a safe, supportive environment, we can begin to explore the landscape of your life, the areas of which you may not yet have explored but that are beckoning you to unfurl to a greater potential and 'step by step' you may become the person you want to be.
