I am a fully qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist who works with individuals aged 18+ years. I work with a range of issues such as self esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, addiction, anxiety, depression,stress, overthinking, trauma and bereavement. My main approach is person-centered where the needs of the client guide the therapy process. I offer a welcoming, safe, non- judgmental and confidential environment. I work in an integrative and holistic way by exploring the physical, emotional, social and spiritual aspects of the client.
In addition I am trained in The Energy Therapy technique created by Dr Karen Ward. This technique aims to assist clients to breakthrough energetic blockages holding them back and preventing them from moving forward in their lives in a simple, fast and empowering way.
The technique includes simple visualisations and short specific breathwork to empower the client to self-heal with the therapist guiding them gently and easily. These sessions are at an extra cost, can be done along side therapy or a once off session. These sessions can last up to 2 hours for new clients and approx. 1.5 hours for existing clients.
