I work with adults, children and adolescents. In my work with adults and adolescents we work collaboratively, at the client’s pace and towards their goals for therapy. In my work with younger children, I use play therapy, art, sand therapy, storytelling and many other creative interventions to help children understand their big feelings and develop helpful ways of managing and responding to them.
I provide a warm, non-judgemental space for you to explore any difficulties and challenges that are preventing you from enjoying your life. During this self-exploration we work together to develop your awareness of your internal world and this awareness gives you choice. Then you can choose how you respond to life’s challenges rather than react to them.
I draw on many psychotherapeutic theories when working with clients, but for all my clients regardless of age, it is important that at certain times the therapeutic space is fun - laughter is a great healer!
