I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist, holding a MA and a BA (HONS) in Psychotherapy from MTU, Cork. I also hold qualifications in Psychology and Mental Health from University College Cork. My clients are central to my work, and my practice was born from the desire to help people feel fulfilled, empowered and happy in their lives, wherever they are and whatever they are doing. My method aims at guiding you towards reaching a unique perspective on life, by exploring your emotions and thoughts.
I believe that there is no universal approach to therapy. I build tailored, high quality sessions specifically for each client, to reflect his or her individual personality and needs. I am passionate about my work and strongly believe that therapy can bring positive change and improvement to people’s lives.

All of my clients have different needs and goals, and I specialize in responding to their unique situations, by developing individually tailored programmes of therapy for each and every one of them. I draw from my experience in Person-Centered, T/A, IFS, Gestalt, Relational, Trauma and Psychodynamic Therapy.
