I am a qualified psychotherapist with a BSc (Hons) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am an accredited member of the IACP (Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy). I am an integrative and person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist drawing on many therapy models to find the best approach for the individual client.
I work with a wide range of issues including grief, anxiety, bereavement, relationship issues, depression, confidence and self-esteem, work related burnout, and issues stemming from childhood trauma and abuse. I have a particular interest in recovery from narcissistic abuse and I have completed further training around this.
