I am an accredited Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience providing compassionate, evidence‑based support to individuals, adolescents, and couples. Accredited with the APCP, Specializing in Solutions‑Focused and Person‑Centered Therapy, tailoring my approach to meet the needs and strengths of each client.
Alongside my individual work, I am an experienced couples therapist, supporting partners through communication challenges, relational distress, life transitions, and the rebuilding of trust and connection. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in helping couples understand one another more deeply.
I also have extensive expertise in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and bereavement counselling. Many clients come to me during some of the most challenging moments of their lives, and I offer a calm, steady, and non‑judgmental space where they can explore their experiences safely and begin to rebuild clarity and resilience.
