Burnt out? Overwhelmed? Navigating a life transition? Something in you knows that how you're living and how you want to live are not quite aligning. Whether that shows up as anxiety, trauma, a sense of meaninglessness or a quiet feeling of being stuck, this is exactly the work I do.
I am an accredited psychotherapist with specialist training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy i.e. working with what the nervous system holds, not just what the mind can articulate. I have a particular interest in existential questions: meaning, identity, and how to live more fully. My approach is warm, direct and unhurried. I am here to help you.
