I am a Counselling Psychologist and a Senior Psychologist at an Eating Disorder Treatment Centre in Dublin. I have worked in Mental Health for the last 9 years in both Ireland and the UK. I have worked with clients across the lifespan (with children and families in CAMHS, adults and older adults) and with various complex presentations. I am empathetic, approachable and passionate about supporting clients and their loved ones.
I am an integrative Psychologist, I have been trained in several therapeutic modalities and I do not believe that one approach fits all so I ensure to select appropriate interventions for each client. My interventions have a strong rationale and are guided by research.
