I am an integrative counsellor and therapist, and in my approach, I combine different therapeutic methods including but not limiting to Person Cantered, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Inner Child, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) , Choice Theory and Solution-Focused models. Therefore, I am available for both long term therapy as required as well as short term, solution-focused work.
I am a neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist. I work with 10+ year old adolescents and adult clients. As every client is unique, so too is their journey. I recognise the uniqueness of each individual client and the sessions are set at the client's pace, to explore, to discover, to empower.
I believe everyone has the potential and the ability to recognise and cultivate inner resources that allow us to cope with different circumstances when life becomes overwhelming.
