Hi, I’m Monika. I am a qualified therapist, holding a First Class Honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from IICP College in Dublin, and I am a pre-accredited member of the IACP. I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement and loss, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. At the heart of my work is a deep interest in trauma and attachment — and how early experiences can shape the way we relate to ourselves and others, including patterns that may contribute to anxious–avoidant dynamics or co-dependent relationships.
I am passionate about supporting people to reconnect with their sense of self, build healthy self-worth and confidence, and develop the capacity to set clear, meaningful boundaries. Together, we can explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work towards more balanced and fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each person’s needs, combining a humanistic foundation with psychodynamic understanding. I also hold a diploma in Bio Energy Healing, which deepens my awareness of the connection between emotional experiences and the body. I offer a safe, supportive space for healing and lasting change.
