I (she/they) am a neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed psychotherapist based in West Cork, Ireland, working with clients globally. Raised internationally, I have an open-minded perspective that helps me connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
As an auDHDer, I specialise in working with autistic and/or ADHD clients . Whether you're processing a late-diagnosis, learning about your neurodivergent self, navigatint burnout, learning to unmask, or simply need help with anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression, or any of the many mental health challenges we face as humans in the modern world - I'd love to help.
I take a collaborative approach to psychotherapy, regularly engaging with feedback to improve therapy to suit your unique needs. As much as possible I will support you to finding answers for yourself, while also bringing in my knowledge and expertise when appropriate.
My journey with mental health began follow my own struggles when I was younger. A big part of the work I do with clients also includes unshaming and self-compassion. Outside of my professional life, I'm a multipassionate creative and enjoy an array of hobbies from outdoor activities and gardening, to arts and crafts, or binge watching my favourite TV shows.
