I’m an IACP and BACP accredited counsellor offering individual and couples counselling face-to-face in Castlebar on Tuesday evenings and online throughout the week. I support clients with challenges such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, workplace stress, relationship issues, addiction (alcohol and drugs), and eating concerns. My approach is warm, supportive and collaborative: I listen with care, creating a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, and equip you with practical tools to help you build resilience and move towards a happier, healthier life.
I have a special interest in supporting people affected by Narcissistic Personality Disorder, informed by both professional and personal experience. I also work extensively with men, helping them explore challenges such as relationships, anger management, anxiety, addiction, and self-esteem, creating space for honest conversations and lasting change.
