I am passionate about wanting to help you overcome any difficulties that you may be having. I am an accredited and fully qualified counsellor. I have worked in many areas such as bereavement, work place issues and relationships. I like to listen and enable you to help yourself to have a better, happier life. I like to use a combination of talking therapy and using practical tools such as diet, exercise, sleep etc and how improving them aspects, can really impact our lives.
There are a couple of areas that I am especially interested in. I have special interest in working with those that have been affected by Narcissist Personality Disorder as well as having some experience of this in my personal life. I have also worked a lot with men and issues which can include relationships, addiction, self-esteem amongst others
I know that it can be difficult to reach out for counselling, you may have had a bad experience with counselling in the past, you may be unsure of what happens during counselling, you may be afraid of talking about painful areas of your life or past.
