I have 33 years experience working with a wide range of clients, coming to see me with many different issues, including anxiety, loss, and stress. In addition hundreds of professionals in the area of psychotherapy, counselling and coaching have attended workshops which I have led. My orientation is humanistic. What this means is that my work with you is non-judgemental and non-prescriptive. Our work together aims to help you to gain greater self-awareness, and with this comes release from internal conflict, less anxiety, a greater sense of freedom, and greater ability to make choices that suit you.
Psychotherapy can help people dealing with a range of life issues. In addition, sometimes coaching can be appropriate. As well as meeting clients for psychotherapy or coaching in person, I am also available on Skype or Zoom.
