I continue to enjoy the journey of my work as a psychotherapist and supervisor over a number of years. Wellbeing, self care and healing are at the core of my work, and my values.

I work creatively with you in a co created language whether that is through narrative, symbols, art and talk, to explore what brings you to therapy. Bringing in writing, inner child, dream work, family systems, trauma work, grief work and biodynamic links are ways to find this language.
