Hello and welcome. I am based in the Midlands. I have a Msc in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Skills and Bsc in Counselling and Psychotherapy enabling me to work with adults. I am an IACP accredited member. My clientele includes both children and adults. In my practice, I frequently work with individuals who have been diagnosed with Autism/Asperger's/ neurodivergent and provide assistance to their parents to support their loved one. In my practice, I offer a quiet, non-judgmental setting in which a client may feel safe and work through their presenting issues.
I prefer an integrated approach since many aspects of our lives contribute to our well-being. Our well-being suffers when the balance of our emotional, psychological, physical, spiritual, and environmental states is interrupted or lost. The core issue must be addressed in order to restore equilibrium.
My counselling approach is informed by a theoretical background, clinical experiences, and continual professional development. Sand tray treatment, play therapy, music, drama therapy, and art therapy are among the integrative approaches I use. I also use CBT, SFT, and DBT. I am also a qualified ABA therapist.
