I work with adults and couples who are struggling with relationships, intimacy, sex, men's mental health or neurodivergence. You may feel disconnected, anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, or unsure how to communicate what you need. I support clients with relationship difficulties, sexual confidence, intimacy concerns, ADHD, self-esteem, dating, trust and emotional connection. Together, we can understand what is happening, strengthen your relationship with yourself and others, and create meaningful change.
My approach is warm, direct and collaborative. I offer integrative, attachment-informed therapy for men's mental health, sex and intimacy, relationship difficulties, and ADHD/neurodivergence. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirmative, sex-positive and kink-aware, providing space to talk openly without judgement.
Talking about sex, relationships, identity or mental health can feel vulnerable, especially if you have felt misunderstood or judged. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. I work with individuals and couples in Dublin and online and offer a free 15-minute introductory call to see if we are a good fit.
