I help with anxiety, dealing with uncertainty, depression, sadness, panic, fear, uneasiness, panic attacks, self-consciousness, excessive or unrealistic worry, tension with little or no reason, nasty inner critics, feeling disconnected, bereavement, relationship issues, trusting people, living authentically, spiritual growth, difficulty concentrating and chronic guilt. This list is not exhaustive just a flavour of the issues I help people face. At the moment I only work online. I also practice as a Psychedelic Integration and Harm Reduction therapist. I practice CBT which involves teaching you skills, techniques and some homework to master thoughts, beliefs and behaviors that are unhelpful. I use Humanistic therapy too to give you space to find your own answers and to explore events, relationships, needs, goals, sensations and emotions in a nonjudgmental way to find your way to live a happier, freer life.
