As a therapist with specialised training in developmental/relational trauma, I believe deeply in the transformative power of human connection for our overall well-being. Our relationships with others form the foundation of our physical and emotional health. Yet, I understand that for many, experiences of early or prolonged relational wounding can make it profoundly difficult to feel safe, seen, or at ease with others. Some may never have known what secure connection truly feels like. In my practice, I place high emphasis on offering a secure and attuned space where clients can safely explore their histories in a balanced way.

My work is grounded in a solid understanding of the neurobiology of trauma and attachment, and I bring together evidence-based methods from trauma recovery with elements from ancient wisdom traditions to support healing of the individual.
