Adolescents 7+ years / Adults. I am an integrative Counselling Psychotherapist who has been qualified for over 30 years. I offer support on a One-to-One, Couples & Family basis. I specialize in treating all areas of psychological distress including addiction problems (Alcohol, Drugs, Gambling, Sexual, Social Media & Gaming); anxiety and depression; grief and loss; anorexia; relationship problems; domestic violence; work issues; sexual abuse; family difficulties; A.D.H.D.; O.C.D. & all trauma related problems. I am also a music teacher and integrate Music Therapy on request.
Working integratively means I utilise a wide array of differing resources in therapy, predominantly psychological but also social, political and cultural. People are unique and require different methods depending on the issues they want to address. I am a warm, caring and non-judgmental person, believing everyone has the innate capacity for deep change.
Through a combination of training and my own personal challenges in life, I strongly believe there is no person that I cannot help and support. I specialize in working with clients with extreme traumas and difficulties for I innately believe there are no hardships that cannot be overcome with the proper support.
