I hold an BA Honours Degree in Counselling with Addiction Studies, Diploma in Counselling-Hypnotherapy-Mind Coaching and Online Therapy. Advance Diploma in Healing Trauma through Hypnosis. (Hypnosis Focuses Traumatologist) I'm a fully accredited member of the IACP & GHR and I work in accordance with their Code of Ethics. I use a blended method in my therapeutic approach where the foundation is client centered, and is solution focused, integrating CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), MI (Motivational Interviewing). I ensure that my work remains of the highest standard by engaging in on- going professional development.
My practice is rooted in person centered therapy and I use a blended approach with you the client dictating the approach we use, your circumstance is unique to you. I work with couples and individuals 16+. Presenting issues- addictions, anxiety, depression, bereavement, confidence building, work life balance, trauma, phobias, inner child work and sexuality
I view my role as ‘helper’ and as helper I will supporting you the client to address your issues and increase your self–awareness. I will use a blended approach to suit you, no two clients are the same even when presenting with similar issues. You will be the most important person in the therapy space where you will be seen heard and valued.
