I offer counselling and psychotherapy across a wide range of mental health challenges that include anxiety, grief, depression, low mood and trauma. Through compassionate listening in a non-judgmental and empathetic manner I will work collaboratively with you helping you to gain new insights and understanding of the root causes of your struggles while learning new life skills and tools to empower you to make positive changes in your life
Using an integrative approach that combines person-centered, humanistic approaches coupled with mindfulness-based practices and solution-focused techniques. Working in a client-led manner drawing from these approaches, I aim to provide you with the tools and insights necessary for self-reflection, personal growth and lasting emotional wellbeing.
Together we can explore your goals, discuss your concerns and determine the most effective path forward. I offer a safe space both in person in Limerick city and online via zoom that allows my clients to choose the space that suits them best.
