Apart from the problem and confusion you may have, a confidential and quiet atmosphere with a person; who values the importance of you, listening to you actively, helps you to be yourselves again. When the therapeutic relationship is made, you feel completely encouraged to bring out all hidden issues out of your chest and let to work on them. Trust and confidentiality are the most important bond between you and your therapist. Without them, no progress occurs. The goal of having therapy session depends on the type of issue. But summoning all together; in one word, I manifest nothing is more important than my client's wellbeing.
I use different methods according to the needs of my clients. The Rogerians and Glasser as well as Freud and Carl Jung are the major inspirational theorists that I implement. I use every skills when I am sure that helps my clients; name them philosophy or spirituality, meditation, and discuss religion if any interest. I also Implement EFT tapping technique.
Unconditional positive regards and non- judgemental approach alongside the empathy and congruency are my favourite ways of counselling. Whatever you say I am willing to believe in you. I am not allowed to stamp on you by diagnosing your problem. Ther is your safe space.Talk therapy is having a friend in frame of boundary. Absolutely confidential and private.
