Hi, I am Mary Stobie and I'm glad you have found my profile. I work with adults, teenagers and children who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck or struggling to cope with life's challenges. I provide a kind, compassionate, confidential and non-judgemental space where you’ll be genuinely heard and understood. I hold an honours degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy and am a fully accredited member (M14460) of the Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP). I am trauma informed having completed EMDR Training Level 1, 2 & 3. I am currently completing my Masters in Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy.
As an expert in workplace and career challenges, I offer guidance in overcoming professional obstacles and managing work-related stress and burnout. I also have significant experience supporting clients with suicidal ideation, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, trauma, chronic illness, adoption and neurodiversity.
