I hold an honours degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy and am a fully accredited member (M14460) of the Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP). I am trauma informed having completed EMDR Training Level 1, 2 & 3.
As an expert in workplace and career challenges, I offer guidance in overcoming professional obstacles and managing work-related stress and burnout. I also have significant experience supporting clients with suicidal ideation, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, trauma, chronic illness, adoption and neurodiversity.
