I offer support for a range of issues including anxiety, stress, low mood, depression, trauma, bereavement/loss/grief, relationship difficulties including parenting, domestic and sexual abuse and suicide. I also have extensive knowledge and experience in supporting clients on the challenges of parenting including parenting alone and separation/divorce.
I provide an empathic non-judgmental therapeutic environment for my clients. My wish is that clients will feel safe and nurtured to express and process their emotions enabling them to move to a more authentic life. I offer confidential, one-to-one therapy for adults (over 18’s). I provide face-to-face support, and I am also qualified to work on online.
